The Greatest Secret - The Law of Attraction

The secret is out about the law of attraction and if you want the truth, it really isn't a secret at all.
Plato talked about its precepts centuries ago.
The greatest secret of the law of attraction is how to use it to co-create the life you desire.
Everybody's an Expert I can't believe how many people joined the cause after the movie, The Secret came out.
I think they did so because they saw an incredible opportunity to make money for themselves.
They learned a few tricks, wrote up a report or two and then started peddling the secrets of the law of attraction to the masses.
The only problem with that is what do they have to show for it? If a so-called "expert" can't show you proof of how well the law of attraction has worked in their life, I'd turn and run.
I've been using these teachings for more than 30 years and I don't consider myself an expert at all.
I used the principles of the law of attraction (but I didn't know them under that name then) in 1995 to draw to me my soul mate.
After escaping an abusive relationship, I finally decided "no more," made up the list of qualities I wanted in a mate, did my "metaphysical" magic with the list, put it away and in three months I had manifested my soul mate.
It Takes More Than Positive Thoughts Positive thoughts are only half of the equation.
You can think a positive thought until you're blue in the face, but if you don't couple that thought with a positive emotion that creates a heart-centered feeling--you're not going to attract what you want.
It's like trying to make a baby with just sperm.
Can't happen.
Thoughts, like sperm, impregnate emotions to create feelings.
Don't confuse "feelings" with emotions--as many people do.
Emotions are the "seeds" of the universe, thoughts the "sperm.
" When the two come together, this creates feelings--the energy that gets resonated out to the universe to bring you your desires.
The Universe Responds to Vibes Just like in the era in which I grew up, it's all 'bout the "vibes.
" You know what I'm talking about--when you run into someone that's putting out 'bad' vibes, you want to steer around them.
If you, a regular person, can sense these things so easily--imagine the power of the Universe in its response to such a person.
A lot of people who, day-in-and-day-out put out 'bad' vibes are caught in a vicious circle, the more they put out, the more they get back, which makes them angrier until they're just spinning in place.
Meditation Works That's why sitting quietly for a simple 10-15 minutes a day focusing on happy thoughts and feelings and just feeling good works.
Start out your day with a quiet meditative practice.
You don't have to become a monk to experience the benefits of meditation.
The trick is to breathe in and out, paying attention to your breath as you do so.
Breathe out and quietly say the words, "I am health, wealth, abundance and joy," and breathe in saying, "I am.
" This technique is similar to what James Twyman puts forth in his book, The Moses Code.
It works.
But if you don't do it every day--it won't.
During the day if you find your mind taking you down paths that make you feel bad, bring it back with this little mantra.
Do this consistently for at least 90 days and you'll soon be amazed at the results.
