Your food definitely matters a lot, where your skin is concerned.
You must consume water, eat green leafy vegetables and all those food products which is rich in Vitamin E.
Do not forget the cleansing and toning which is required for the healthy maintenance of your face.
- To start off, as a normal routine this is very essential for oily skin.
Cleanse them and tone up your face.
You must use a cleanser in order to remove make up and grime from your face.
With cleansing it opens up the pores and hence you need toner to close the pores and also remove the oily shine from your face.
- Once in a week, you must try some facial mask.
You should exfoliate them with an apricot scrub and steam your face.
Gently remove the black heads which gets loosened up with the steaming.
And then apply the mask on your face.
- Your facial mask will depend on the type of external surface you have on your face.
Let us concentrate on the oily type which is the most problematic one.
Mix up lemon and honey to get a glowing face.
You can also use fuller's earth (multani mitti), mint and rose water to remove oil, tighten up pores and cool your face with mint powder.
This is also good for your pimples.
- To remove black spots, you can use holy basil leaf (tulsi), few drops of honey and basin powder mixture.
- Use carrot juice to remove of the blemishes from your face.
This should be used on a daily basis to stay away from blemishes.
- People often complain about dark under arms and neck.
You can use cucumber, haldi, lemon juice paste on your under arms or neck and leave it for 20 minutes.
- Ripe banana: You can use mashed banana paste on your face to get that instant glow.
- Next time you get oranges, do not throw it.
Use the dry orange powder along with milk on your face.
With this, you can treat your blemishes and get instant glow too.
