Unless you have spent your entire life living somewhere in the outback without tv, radio, newspapers and any form of human contact, then you have probably heard by now that smoking cigarettes is not only dangerous but is in actual fact no longer cool.
The trials and studies about the harmful effects of cigarette smoking, go beyond a simple term like numerous.
Information is everywhere, this once great pastime of both the rich and the working class alike, has slowly come to a halt.
It even feels as if entire states of the US are practically on the verge of banning the habit altogether but enough about the current state of affairs regarding smoking.

On a superficial level your skin suffers greatly from smoking, the effects of smoking can be seen in the visual quality and chronological age of an individual who has smoked cigarettes for a prolonged period.

I would have thought this effect alone would deter most women from smoking in the first place.
