Reaching the Battle Zone

• 1). Surf north from Sunyshore City through Route 223. You will find an island.
  
  
• 2). Use Waterfall to reach the entrance to Victory Road, a cave that cuts through the island.
  
  
• 3). Traverse Victory Road until you find the exit.
  
  
• 4). Use Waterfall to reach the Pokemon League of Sinnoh.
  
  
• 5). Defeat the Elite Four and Cynthia, the Pokemon League Champion.
  
  
• 6). Travel to Snowpoint City, a snowy area in northern Sinnoh.
  
  
• 7). Talk to the sailor at the bay in the southern section of the city.
  
  
• 8). Ride the S.S. Sinnoh to the Battle Zone. You will arrive at the Fight Area.
  
  

Capturing Banette

• 1). Stock up on PokeBalls at the Fight Area's PokeMart.
  
  
• 2). Travel north to Route 225, 226, 227 or Stark Mountain after nightfall.
  
  
• 3). Walk around the tall grass until you encounter a Banette.
  
  
• 4). Weaken Banette and capture it with a PokeBall.
  
  
• 5). Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you find a Banette with the Frisk ability.
