We all want to be happy but it seems that so many people out there are never really fulfilled in life.
Maybe you feel that way and are looking for ways to be happier or maybe you know someone that needs a bit more happiness.

Key Number 1 We are conditioned at an early age to do what we are told.
Of course this is not a bad thing as long as it protects you.
However, most of us let it affect us to the point where we end up doing things in life that we don't really enjoy because somebody told us that that's the way it needed to be done.
So the first key to happiness in life is to start doing things that make you happy.
I know this sounds simple but often times, the best solution is very simple.
Key Number 2 Have you ever found yourself looking at someone on TV and thinking to yourself that you could do what they did but you don't know why you can't ever seem to break free from your current life? One of the main reasons why some people achieve happiness is because they make a life decision to become the person they want to be.
Happiness only comes to those that make the changes in their life to have what they want.
This requires sacrifice and a lot of self change and development.
However, if you are willing to make these changes on a consistent basis, you will begin to see more and more happiness in your life.
Key Number 3 I am sure you have heard of the term 'Birds of a feather flock together'.
Well this is true when it comes to happy people as well.
How many truly happy friends do you have in your life? If you can't count that many, then it's time to start adding more happy friends and maybe stop hanging around the miserable ones as much.
