Bed Bug Issues Everywhere

Bed bugs are those disgusting creatures that thrive on human blood.
They are now infesting many major cities across the country, including New York City.
You may first notice small bites on your legs or arms.
Of course, you won't feel the bites during the night because they inject the victim with a pain killer so that they can't feel them draining blood out of them.
Another tell tale sign is small, dried brown spots of blood on the sheets.
It really doesn't matter how you got them, the important thing is what do you do to get RID of them? If you live in an apartment complex, you'll need to let the management know as soon as possible.
If they do not respond immediately, you should notify them not only in writing but also certified.
Bed bugs are a serious problem and they need to be exterminated swiftly.
If you are a home owner, then you can take matters into your own hands and get a bed bug exterminator to your home as fast as you can.
Bed bugs multiply at an alarming rate and the longer you wait, the more bites you will suffer from and the harder they will be to get rid of completely.
The key to exterminating bed bugs is acting fast and decisively.
After you have called an exterminator, you should get started doing a few things yourself.
Now is a great time to start getting rid of stuff that you don't use or need anymore.
The fewer things you have, the fewer places the bed bugs will have to breed and feed.
You might want to get started in the room that the bugs are named after, the bed room.
As you enter the bed room, the closet might be a good place to start.
Get rid of any clothing that you aren't using.
Its probably a good time to redecorate with new sheets and bedding, although you don't want to bring in anything new just yet.
You might want to consider getting rid of any pictures, throw rugs and so forth as these are prime breeding spots for bed bugs.
Other items that you intend on keeping should be steam cleaned.
Please keep in mind that the bed room isn't the only place that harbors your pests.
After you clear out the the bed room head into the other rooms.
Couches are also a favorite spot for bed bugs to live also.
Work with the bed bug exterminator and put into practice the suggestions that they make and you'll soon be able to sleep tight at night.
