- 1). Open Windows Mail.
- 2). Click "Tools" and then click "Accounts."
- 3). Click on your email account and click "Properties."
- 4). Click on the "Server" tab. Your outgoing mail (SMTP) and incoming mail (POP3) server information are listed under the "Server Information" Heading.
- 1). Click "File" and then "Info."
- 2). Click on "Account Settings," then click "Account Settings" from the pop-up menu.
- 3). Select your email account in the list of emails and click "Change" under the "Email" tab.
- 4). Click the "Server" tab. Your Outgoing (SMTP) and incoming (POP3) server information are listed under the "Server Information" Heading.
