Outsourcing - More Workers Less Expense

Outsourcing in simple terms is the way we get other people to do work for us so that we can free up our own work time and have more opportunity to do more profitable things.
So that is very simplistic explanation but this is a very powerful concept and can be applied if you are a work force of one or a big corporation.
The attractive thing for most of us is the way we can source people who will work efficiently doing work to the same standard that we do ourselves but at a fraction of the cost of our wages.
Practically any type of work can be outsourced but IT, computer related work and general office type work are prime candidates for this strategy.
Home workers can employ this very successfully whether or not they work for somebody else or work for themselves.
It has a multiplying effect whereby one 'mini me' can become '4 mini me'.
So you can get 4 times the output for the same price assuming your outworkers are on 25% of your pay.
Some overseas workers work for very very little.
Outsourcing overseas to places like India and the Philippines is all the rage.
Some people have multiple jobs and outsource all the work and spend the day at the beach with an hour or so spent organizing things.
Great work if you can get it and you certainly can.
More and more people are now self employed working from home.
Outsourcing is tailor made for them to replicate themselves many times over to increase their output and profits way beyond anything they could have achieved on there own efforts alone.
You do need to check the quality of the work and one of the best ways to do this is to advertise a small job and ask for a sample of each applicants work.
Start with small commission and see how they perform.
If they do well employ them but watch for any slips in standards.
Finding good workers is not so hard and if you find a really good one they can eventually be trusted to produce unsupervised for you.
They may even prove to be ideal team leaders tasked with organizing the work and maintaining high standards.
This is one of those situations where you have to take the plunge and try outsourcing for yourself.
Chances are that it will be ideal for your particular business but you will never now unless you try it.
The only thing you risk is increased profit.
