How to Import Email Addresses Into a Distribution List
- 1). Open the software associated with your distribution list. This is what you use when you create an email or newsletter for your list.
- 2). Click on "Options" and then choose "Add email addresses" or "Add to list." Choose "Import addresses."
- 3). Browse your computer for the list of addresses you would like to import. Once you've found them, select "Import" to complete the process and import the addresses.
