How to Synchronize Outlook Contacts With Excel Spreadsheets

    • 1). Open Outlook. Go to the "File" menu and select "Import and Export."

    • 2). Press the "Export to a file" button and press the "Next" button.

    • 3). Select "Microsoft Excel," and press the "Next" button.

    • 4). Click on "Contacts" in the list of folders. Press the "Next" button.

    • 5). Use the pop-up window to choose a folder where you want to save the exported file. Enter a name for the file. Press the "OK" button. Press the "Next" button.

    • 6). Click "Finish."

    • 7). Open Excel. Go to the "File" menu and select "Open." Use the pop-up window to navigate to the exported Contacts file. Select the file and press "Open."
