- 1). Wet pants thoroughly.
- 2). Tie a knot at the bottom end of each pant leg, and close the fly.
- 3). Hold the waistband of the pants open over your head with the legs behind you.
- 4). Jerk the pants quickly over your head and into the water, filling the legs with air.
- 5). Gather the waistband in your hands and hold it shut, or thread the cord or belt through the belt loops and pull it securely shut.
