How to Disable Auto Locks on the PT Cruiser
- 1). Park your vehicle and leave the ignition in the "RUN" position. Ensure that all of your vehicle's doors are closed.
- 2). Press the Electronic Vehicle Information Center's "Menu" button located on your dashboard until "Personal Settings" displays.
- 3). Press the "Step" buttons until the "Lock Doors Automatically at 15 MPH (24 km/h)" option displays. Press the "Reset" button to turn the auto-lock feature off. "Off" will display on the dashboard below "Lock Doors Automatically at 15 MPH (24 km/h)."
