I found out about this campground online, and I RV camped there in May 2008.
Describe your camping trip:
The campground was small. One horseshoe pit and a tiny mini-golf course.
Pros: none
Cons: Too many rules. Need quarters to take a shower. No entertainment. The swings for the kids are only a few yards away from a busy street.
Nearby attractions: Six Flags Great Adventure
Further comments: Every Mother's Day, we go camping.
Each time to a different park. This camping trip was the worst. Our group of 60 people were almost the only guests staying at Tip Tam. You can bring a pet, but you can't walk it anywhere. There cannot be more than five people standing around a fire. Quiet time is 10:30, but they tell you to call it a night at 10:00. There was supposed to be a DJ dance, but the DJ cancelled weeks in advance, so there was no dance. I would not recommend staying at this park.
