Are you playing the weight loss game?
Why do I call it the weight loss game game?
Because that is pretty much what the weight and fat loss industry has been playing with you. However, you probably don't even realize it.

You find a diet that looks good. The marketing and advertising show lots of pictures and testimonials from people that have lost tons of weight and turned into Olympic looking athletes.
All with the simple help of a diet or a pill, or a powder, or a drink, or something along those lines.
All tell you that you will lose weight fast, easily and with basically no worry about having to exercise or do anything other than watch television or sleep.
All of the statements you see in those weight loss ads are lies.
There is no pill, no supplement, no drink and no diet that works and that will transform your body miraculously from fat to fit.
Your own body won't allow it.
By now you might be thinking I am a little crazy or don't know what I am talking about, but read on and learn the facts.
You are on your diet and the first few days, even weeks things are good. You are losing weight and start feeling better.
But, something is happening to you that will derail your program.
That something is your body's physiology - or the way your body works.
Pretty soon those pounds stop coming off so easily. Eventually they stop coming off at all.
This is true even if you eat less and less food. Eventually no more weight loss on that program or supplement or diet pill.
