Honolulu Holes

• 1). Once you've discovered a pothole, stop and note its location.
  
  
• 2). If it's safe to get out of your vehicle, stop and take a photo of the hole, and one of the closest street sign or building.
  
  
• 3). Determine if you are on a state or city roadway. State roadways are: H-1, H-2, H-3, Kahekili, Kalaniana'ole, Pali, Likelike, Kamehameha, Nimitz and Ala Moana.
  
  
• 4). Report potholes on state roadways by calling (808) 536-7852. Specify the exact location of the pothole.
  
  
• 5). Report potholes on city roadways by calling (808) 768-7777.
  
  
• 6). Follow the link in Resources and fill out the Pothole Service Request Form. Include your name and contact information and the location of the pothole, including the address and closest landmarks. Hit "Submit."
