How to Build a Bumper Car
- 1). Slide the fiberglass frame over the chassis. Secure the body frame by screwing in the bolts with the wrench.
- 2). Install the 4 batteries to the back of the frame. Attach each diode rectifier to the floor pick-up rectifier. This establishes the energy current throughout the bumper car.
- 3). Install the nylon mounting bracket. Mount the bracket to the back with bolts. The bracket is what draws electricity from the ceiling and powers the battery.
- 4). Install the seats into the vehicle. Screw the bolts into place to secure the seats.
- 5). Wrap the rubber bumper guard around the bottom of the car. Locate the hook on the chassis and secure the bumper pieces together by latching both ends to the hook. This provides a secure seal of the bumper guard.
- 6). Place the bumper car onto a metallic floor. Press the pedal to operate and test.
