Ski Resorts Near Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin
- Wisconsin Dells, located in southern Wisconsin, is about two hours from Milwaukee and is primarily known for its water parks. In fact, Wisconsin Dells has proclaimed itself the "Waterpark Capital of the World." Ski resorts in and around Wisconsin Dells have skiing and snowmobile activities during the winter. Tourist attractions, including Ripley's Believe It or Not! and Ho-Chunk Casino, are also located in Wisconsin Dells.

Children 12 years old and younger are allowed to ski for free. There is no lodging available on the Cascade Mountain property, but Cascade Mountain vacation packages can be purchased at hotels and resorts in Wisconsin Dells. Snow tubing activities are available at this resort, and ski lessons are provided in January and February to beginning skiers. The resort also has ski equipment rentals and a lodge available for banquets and meetings.
