Cash Flow Note Leads Marketing - How & Where to Find Cash Flow Notes With Your Leads

Marketing with postcards or letters is a great way to find noteholders who may want to sell their note.
There are many ideas to effectively marketing to them and some work better than others.
No matter what you have heard it is important to remember one thing and that is what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for everyone else.
The bottom line is you have to test yourself to see what works for you.
You have to find out from experience what is going to get you the results.
That means you must consistently test different approaches and compare the results.
Keep in mind that no statistics are drawn from small amounts of data.
You must compare a lot of data over a long period of time generally before you know whether a particular approach works or not.
If you think you will "try" postcards and then decide from your first mailing whether you are going to do it again then you might as well forget the business all together because unless you plan to mail to 5000 leads you will not have enough data to determine anything.
The best approach is to mail to a large number of people over a long period of time.
If you mail to 100-300 people per week over a period of 6 months to a year then you will have enough data from that test to tell you what works and what doesn't.
Now you need to think about what "differences" you will test.
Plan your work and then work your plan.
You should have a list of variations to your mailing campaign.
Choose different words and phrases.
Select different images to evoke emotion from your prospect.
Perhaps mail to people in different locations.
Present different scenarios to them to let them know they have options.
For example you might offer a partial buy of a note rather than a full note and this might appeal to people who would not want to sell the entire note.
Be creative and then watch your results to know what seems to be working for you.
