Dog Barking When You Are Not Home? How to Handle This Problem
If you are like most of us when we leave the house our dog barks at us and we hear him until we reach the end of the driveway.
Now for some of us this is an acceptable behavior that we are used to hearing, but for those who live in an apartment or close to your neighbors you might not want to have your pet doing this all the time.
I know that even living in the rural area that I do I try not to have my pet make this loud noise when I leave and I have found a helpful hint that works for my furry pal.
I know that if you are like me you have probably tried many ways and methods to get your dog barking to cease when you leave your home.
However, the best way that I have found for getting my pet to stop with his loud howling when I left was to purchase a low cost compact disc player.
Now even if you do not like it I would suggest finding a couple of CD's of classical music that has a soothing beat nothing really loud otherwise you will be defeating the purpose of your music.
Then when you go to leave you will want to put the CD in the player and turn it on when you leave your home.
Now I know that it took me some experimenting to find the right CD, but when you do you will find that it normally has a soothing effect on your dog and will stop his barking because he will start snoring instead.
