St. Vitus formed back in 1979. Scott "Wino" Weinrich joined them in 1986, and first appeared on 1987's Born Too Late album. The band called it quits in 1996, then reformed in 2003. A second reunion happened in 2008, and is still underway. They've done some touring, and there's talk of a possible new album, but no firm plans yet. This photo of vocalist Scott "Wino" Weinrich was taken at the band's January 2010 concert at the DNA Lounge in San Francisco.
