Before you can put an end to your snoring at night, you need to know what causes snoring in the first place.
There are different reasons that different people snore, and there are different cures depending on those reasons.
For example, one of the main causes of snoring is excess fat buildup in and around the throat.
This places more pressure on the throat than it can handle, and at night all of it add up to snoring.
