How to Clean Grease Film From an iPad

    • 1). Wipe as much of the grease film from your screen as possible using a soft, dry and lint-free cloth. Use long strokes in one direction. Apply firm but gentle pressure.

    • 2). Wipe your iPad's screen with another dry cloth, using long strokes perpendicular to your first set. For example, if you wiped the iPad from top to bottom originally, wipe from side to side the second time.

    • 3). Remove as much of the grease film as possible using gentle, firm strokes with dry cloths, switching to a clean cloth frequently.

    • 4). Dampen a fresh lint-free cloth and squeeze out as much of the water as possible.

    • 5). Rub your screen with the lightly damp cloth to remove any remaining grease film.

    • 6). Clean carefully around the home button and around the edges of the iPad where the glass meets the aluminum, using the same type of soft cloth.

    • 7). Wipe the back of the iPad with a lightly damp cloth to remove any grease from that area.
