How to Fix a Frozen Samsung Behold Touch Screen
- 1). Turn on your Samsung behold and wait for the flash (logo) screen to give way to the home screen.
- 2). Use the touch-screen LCD and tap the "Quick-List" option on the screen.
- 3). Tap "Settings" from the list of options that appear in the main menu. Select "Reset settings."
- 4). Tap "Master reset" from the list of options that appear and then tap "Yes" to confirm the master reset. Your Samsung Behold will then restart and be returned to its factory settings.
