Place your contact lenses in a clean contact case filled with fresh no-rub saline solution each time you remove them. No-rub solution removes calcium deposits from your contacts and keeps them moist while not in use. - 3

Wash your hands with soap and water, dry your hands and place a contact lens in the palm of your hand. Squirt some cleaning solution onto the contact lens and gently rub the contact with your finger to clean the lens.
