Change your sleeping position.
Many people like to sleep on their back.
It is probably the most common position most people have become accustomed to.

But if you are the type who cannot sleep any other position that on your back, you can still stop snoring by elevating your head by simply adding some pillows for your head to rest on.

On the other hand, alcohol can relax your throat muscles therefore can lead to snoring.

And one of these is it restricts air passages, which can obviously lead to snoring.
