It is not just limited to food and drink but can be also used for many other areas of life.
As a NLP Practitioner I have carried out this technique with many people when dealing with food and drink issues.
The technique can be so powerful that the individual will nearly vomit at the thought of what was their favourite food! Now you certainly don't have to take it this far but you can use it to reduce the desire for unhealthy foods and increase the desire for healthier foods.
