The Ultimate Camping Supply Checklist Guide - A Basic List for Bedding Items

Some seasoned campers whom I know chuckled when they see me making a list of bedding items on my camping supply checklist.
They feel that bedding items are should simply stay at home and if you are going camping, you need to rough it up in the wild.
Come on, I was once a military guy, and sleeping on field trips spell out a bed of bushes and thorny grounds.
But that does not mean I can't sleep comfortably on a good camping trip, right? In fact, bedding items that you should bring on a camping trip is really basic stuff which does not include your soft toys, quilt covers and aromatherapy candles.
But hey, if you insist, nobody's stopping you.
Anyway, for those campers who are bringing younger members of their families, it is still advisable to have a simple list of bedding items on your camping supply checklist.
Let us make the trip enjoyable so that they will look forward for more camping trips in the future.
A basic list of bedding items: 1.
Sleeping Bags / Sleeping pads
If it's too hot sleeping in tents, then sleeping bags are a good idea.
It's always nice to sleep under the stars once a while.
You get a feeling of grandeur and appreciate the vastness of the universe.
2.
Pillows / Airbags
Small pillows are good enough for head elevation and a good night's rest.
I prefer those airbags that you can blow into, like the ones they give on certain flights.
Well, if you prefer the big fluffy ones, by all means.
3.
Sheets / Blankets
It might get very cold at night.
Well, it does depend on the weather in your country.
But usually, camping sites are meant to be cold.
I am no meteorologist, but it just happens that way! 4.
Air Mattress / Air Pump
If you are bringing along those air mattresses, make sure to bring along the air-pump as well.
Of course that's a no-brainer, but some folks forget time to time and they end up being the big bad wolf that huffs and puffs all through the night.
5.
Utility Bag for Storage
Don't forget to bring a water-proof bag, because if you folks are caught in the rain, which means all your bedding items will be wet, and that also means you can't be sleeping comfortably at night.
