The Gate of Trouble and Mourning

There is a great need for the Church to pay attention to the gate of trouble and mourning as revealed in the book of Esther chapter four.
Believers in these end times are not free from intercession, neither is the Church free from tears and woes.
This is a call for all faithful watchmen to turn the battle at the gate, for the spirit of Haman is out there and it is planning to destroy God's people! As chapter four opens, we find Mordecai, the Jew, crying bitterly; and, all across the land, where ever the King's command and decree was sent, there was great mourning among the Jewish people.
(The reason for all this mourning was Mordecai's refusal to bow to the enemy.
) Mordecai had refused to bow to Haman, an official in the court of King Ahasuerus of Persia, whom the King had honoured.
This caused Haman to became so enraged that he plotted to kill all the Jews in the Kingdom.
Mordecai's refusal to bow to the wicked Haman was in obedience to the first and second commandments recorded at Exodus chapter twenty.
God instructed His people never to worship any other god beside Him.
Therefore, we cannot and must not worship according to the evil imaginations and devices of men! Furthermore, the Word of God reminds us that "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice, but when the wicked rule, the people mourn.
" Haman was extremely wicked and when his edict to kill the Jews was published, it caused great anguish and mourning among the Jewish people.
However, when the righteous Mordecai replaced him, the people rejoiced and were glad.
The edict made by Haman to destroy all the Jews in the Kingdom on a specified date was unchangeable.
So here we see how the demonic spirit of "Haman" works to destroy as many souls as it can.
(On a prophetic level, this man Haman represents the Antichrist who is still to come on the scene with the single goal of killing out the Jews!) Despite these evil manipulations however, God has a band of Esther's in place for such a time as this...
a time when there is great trouble in the land and leaders of different nations are showing themselves to be selfish, wicked and immoral.
A time when sin is riding high in the saddle.
A time when the Church seems powerless to fight against the ever increasing non-discrimination laws...
A time when God is calling the righteous to restrain the wicked through intercession and fasting.
The spirit of Haman is a spirit that will always try to disgrace the people of God, but despite the magnitude of its efforts, it cannot defeat the purposes of God.
Whatever God does shall stand forever.
(Ecclesiastes 3:14) The spirit of Haman uses force to intimidate, bully, abuse or do just about anything it can to bring about some type of despondency over the lives of God's people.
But, believers need not fear or fight, only be strong in the Lord and the power of His might.
God will not allow His people to be destroyed by any spirit of Haman! The conclusion of this matter is: people or material possessions are not to be worshipped; worship belongs to God! Possession of the gate of trouble and mourning is mandatory.
Too long the Kingdom of God has suffered violence; its time for the violent to take back by force.
Church, fight on your knees!
